Dear Parents!
Tomorrow, September 13th, from 6-7 P.M. we will be holding our annual Math and Phonics night. Our presentation will take place in Ms. Dawson's classroom, 1B (directly south of 1A). We will work together as a grade level to explore and discsuss two of the most important parts of our daily activities and Arete curriculum: Spalding phonics and Singapore math!
Please consider attending this important event, even if you are an Arete native. We will be sharing some of the key features of 1st grade math and phonics. From number bonds and manipulatives to Spalding markings and handwriting, we will cover it all. Mrs. Raya, Ms. Dawson, and I will even be modeling how we complete daily lessons in class and will share some helpful tips and tricks for homework.
Please keep in mind that this is a parents only event.
